Carry Concealed Weapon Permit Application

*Must be at least 21 years of age to apply

New Application

Before you can apply for a concealed weapon permit you must have the following:

• Must set up an appointment 573-378-5481 ext. 289 (Monica Cable)
• Proof of training from a qualified firearms safety instructor
• Valid Missouri Driver's License, Non-Driver's License, or Military ID
• Fee is a Money Order for $100.00 (NO CASH) payable to the Morgan County Treasurer
• Proof of Residency (Example: electric bill, voter registration)

Renewal Application

• Must set up appointment for renewals. Please call 573-378-5481 ext. 289 (Monica Cable)
• You may renew you CCW permit up to 30 days before the expiration date.
• Please provide your current CCW License
• Renewal Applications are $50.00, must be a Personal Check or Money Order (NO CASH). If your license has expired, please add $10.00 for every month that you are late, up to 6 months from renewal. If your license if over 6 months late, you must re-qualify and take the Safety Training Course again.
